How to Play
🎮 Game Overview
The Domora Game introduces players to a real-estate simulation experience built around ownership, progression, and strategy. Players start their journey inheriting a small fortune from their grandfather — the symbolic beginning of their investment story.
From there, players enter the Domora Market, where they can purchase, upgrade, and manage virtual real estate assets that generate income over time.
🏗️ Property Types
Each property type represents a higher investment tier, with greater earning potential and longer progression times:
Small House — Entry-level property
Family House
Villa
Apartment Building
Residence
Each property produces passive income and contributes to the player’s experience (XP) progression.
⚙️ Property Upgrades
Every property has 5 upgrades that enhance its performance and efficiency.
Home Automation – Basic income boost.
Energy Class – Advanced income multiplier.
Capacity Expansion – Expands how much each property can hold before claiming.
XP Multiplier – Increases experience gained per claim.
Collect All – Allows properties to be collected globally with a single “Claim All” function.
Income upgrades and Capacity upgrades can each be leveled up to 5 stages, and these can later be extended with Tier System.
🏡 Tier System
When you fully max out all available upgrades for a property, that property advances to the next Tier.
Moving from Tier 1 → Tier 2 simply resets the same set of upgrades, so you can level them again.
The same applies from Tier 2 → Tier 3 → Tier 4 → Tier 5.
This progression system rewards long-term strategy and consistent engagement, as each Tier significantly boosts both earning potential and gameplay depth.
💰 Gameplay Loop
Buy a Property → generates base income over time.
Wait for Income Bar to Fill → as levels increase, it fills slower but yields higher rewards.
Claim Earnings → receive in-game currency and XP.
Level Up → unlock access to higher-tier properties.
Upgrade Properties → enhance income, capacity, XP gains, and claim efficiency.
This cycle creates a strategic balance between time management, resource allocation, and growth planning.

Completing quests increases engagement and contributes to leaderboard rankings.
🏆 Leaderboard & Competition
A global leaderboard ranks players based on total wealth and player lv. — rewarding the most active and strategic investors with exclusive prizes and recognition.
