Goal Check — if the goal is reached, proceed to Property Acquisition; if not, retry, extend, or refund per policy.
Rental Operations — property managers handle tenancy, maintenance, and insurance.
Net Income Calculation — gross rent minus operating costs and reserves defines the distributable yield.
Conversion — a share of net income is converted into Token “X”.
Distribution — smart contracts automatically disburse proportional Token “X” to investors.
🎁 Fees & Advertising → Reward Pool
Fees — trading, on/off-ramp, marketplace, and management; a programmed percentage flows to the Reward Pool.
Opt-in In-Game Ads — brand campaigns contribute to the Reward Pool when players allow ads inside the game loop.
