Domora’s investment cycle follows a transparent, on-chain process from funding to income distribution — ensuring clarity and fairness at every step.

  1. Funding Round — users deposit fiat or crypto; funds are held in segregated escrow for safety.

  2. Goal Check — if the goal is reached, proceed to Property Acquisition; if not, retry, extend, or refund per policy.

  3. Rental Operations — property managers handle tenancy, maintenance, and insurance.

  4. Net Income Calculation — gross rent minus operating costs and reserves defines the distributable yield.

  5. Conversion — a share of net income is converted into Token “X”.

  6. Distribution — smart contracts automatically disburse proportional Token “X” to investors.


🎁 Fees & Advertising → Reward Pool

  1. Fees — trading, on/off-ramp, marketplace, and management; a programmed percentage flows to the Reward Pool.

  2. Opt-in In-Game Ads — brand campaigns contribute to the Reward Pool when players allow ads inside the game loop.


🎮 Gamified Unlocks

  1. Holding thresholds of Token “X” unlock In-Game Houses and Points multipliers.

  2. Points grant raffle entries, allowlist spots, and claimable perks across the Domora ecosystem.
